Ms. Starnes has been the Executive Director of ODIS, Inc. since February of 2004. Ms. Starnes maintains her accreditation to practice immigration law before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service through conscientious attention to client matters and hundreds of hours of training in immigration and nationality law topics.
Ms. Williams has been involved with ODIS, Inc. from its inception. She has served as a board member, volunteer, and part-time Executive Assistant. In 2010 she became ODIS, Inc.’s Case Manager. Kate has been accredited to practice immigration law before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service since 2009 and has worked to develop ODIS, Inc's screening for possible immigration remedies for victims of domestic violence, victims of violent crimes and victims of Human Trafficking in the North Texas area and at local victim shelters.
Ms. Berthoff-Fernandes Esq. is ODIS, Inc's newest addition; Margaret is a practicing immigration attorney with 15 years of legal experience and is available to provide to ODIS, Inc's clients with hardship waivers and to address some of the more complicated cases on a part-time basis.
Ms Avila joined ODIS, Inc. in 2011. Laura assists clients who seek benefits under the Violence Against Women Act, U-Visa processing and screening for possible victims of Human Trafficking. As ODIS Outreach Specialist, Ms Avila helps raise awareness about ODIS, Inc. services and in ODIS, Inc's effort to educate the public in Anti-Human Trafficking in the North Texas area.
